My Driver Took A Long Route Which Inflated My Bill

I booked one outstation cab from Indore to Barwaha Madhya Pradesh. At the time of booking the estimated fare was 1680 rs. The distance between the places is 71 KM. I have used Ola from same place many times in past also and I have paid amount between 1500 to 1700 only.

This time driver took a different route and I opposed it but he did not listen. He said there is traffic in the city so I will take you to this route. I was not aware of that new route and had no idea.

That round comes out to be very long and my total journey exceeded by 50 km.

My total bill was 2920 rs which is very high for 71 km and micro cab.

When I raised complaint with Ola they said driver is telling that I have asked him to take that route.

I am very disappointed and no one is helping me.

I need my money refunded and I will just pay 1680 rs mentioned by Ola at the time of booking
