Sir, I have purchased Dryfruit pista worth of₹175/_ video order id 3692435 dtd 18/4/21 from online ondoor store indore delivered by silicon city store. Total bill was ₹4847.35 This pista is very badly infected and in powder form. Non consumable to human.

I have online purchased phool jhadu for₹60/- vide order id no 3825727 dtd23/5/21.The item was not delivered, while amount was charged. Total bill was 4400.48
You are kindly requested to take action against ondoor store bhopal/indore for such mall practice. Kindly order to refund ₹175+₹ 60+ 2000 as mental torcher charges.
I have already lodge complaints through ondoor application as well as through telephone. But they assured me to refund., but not refunded till date.
I request you to close such type of stores those are looting public money and supplying such type infected items which is jaanleva. Thanking you sir.
