Deficiency in Service

I paid and got installed Jio Fiber with advance rental plan for 12Months + 2Months.

I have mainly two issues :

(1) I have paid for 12M advance rental plan and I was promissed that two months extra will be given to me that is total 14 months of service will be given to me but, I have not received the same.

Now they are saying that 2Months Voucher was given to you which you allready used.

How can anyone use 2Months Voucher in between a 12 Months active plan.

This is a technical fault or new way of cheating customers.

(2) I have constantly emailed and messaged for speed issues but to resolution has been given to me . I am not able to use the services due to these issues, this time period should be subtracted from my rental time period.

I have contacted Jio fiber regarding above issues multiple times but no response is received from Jio Fiber team.

I feel cheated by paying in advance for 12 Months. This is clearly a case of deficiency in services.

Please resolve my issues asap.
