Complaint for PaytmMall.com promocode not working

I have ordered 8 items from paytm by applying BIJLIBILL promocodes in May and in terms and conditions of the promocode it is clearly written till 8 june that the promocode can be applied on minimum bill payment of 500rs for bijlibill250 coupon and minimum 400 rs for bijlibill 150 coupon and tge coupons limit is 1 month so thats why i ordered 8 items but when i am applying coupons received from tge promocodes after 1 bill payment it is showing the error only two bill payments can be applied then i call to customer care so he said tgat a systematical error is there we resolve it and reward back to you in 2 days and i have call sometimes in between these days so all are saying wait we are solving the problem but today after 2 days on 10 june they are saying in terms and conditions it is clearly writyen that only two bill payments can be done in a month using promocode and tgey are making my fault but i have the clear recordings of the call in which they are saying that it is a systematical error and i have also the screenshot of terms and conditions in which it is not mentioned anywhere that only 2 promocodes can be applied in a month. It is a clear case of fraud done by paytm so i want to file a case against paytm of fraud and i have all the required proofs like screenshot and all recordings so just please help me
