I am a student of IIM Indore currently in the 3rd year of the IPM program.I recently ate at the Vikas Sweets and restaurant at Rau,Indore. We ordered a paneer tikka masala,double daltadka,7 butter roti and a Fanta 750ml.In the bill the fanta bottle was charged at Rs50 plus gst was also charged on that amount.The actual mrp of the same is Rs 40 .I did complain about the same to the owner and he firmly accepted that the price wont change whatever you say.We took the bill and asked him to write the mrp of the bottle on it and put the shop stamp which he did.It is illegal to charge above the mrp anywhere and I believe a strict penalty should be taken on the shop to set out an example and the same should be publicized so that such practices dont take place in our own Indore
