Sir/madam,
I am serving in Indian Navy at Naval Aircraft Yard(Goa), Dabolim, Goa- 403801. I sent a package containing a gift for my wife on 24/10/16 through Post office branch Vasco-da-Gama, Goa-403802 which was to be delivered via speed post to the following address:-
Bhrigunath Prasad
VPO- Boksa,
Dist- Buxar,
Bihar- 802103

The speed post no is EM588757595IN. However the package is neither delivered nor returned till date. I had given a written complaint to the Postmaster, Vasco-da-Gama on 10/11/16 but it didn’t yield a good result. Furthermore, I made a reminder to the Post office on 28/02/17 and the postmaster told me that your item will be either delivered or returned to you in due course. However, it has been about 7 months but I didn’t get any reply on behalf of the authority till date and my package is still missing.
It is therefore requested that necessary action be taken to compensate the loss caused to me by Post office.

    Dear Sir/Madam

    My name is Stanley Barretto, resident of Canacona - Goa. I had purchased a vehicle namely Honda WR-V from Coastal Honda Showroom which is located in Verna Industrial Estate - Goa.

    At the time of purchase, I was charged an excess amount of approximately INR 10000. The same was informed to me by the customer care executive and the latter assured me that the refund would be made soon. However, this person left the job soon after that and I had noone to contact. So I went to the showroom where I met the team leader and he assured me the same that the refund will be done soon. I waited n waited but no refund was received by me. So having no option left I contacted the Sales manager 3 weeks back from today who then asked me to forward my bank details to him through e-mail.

    Since this day I've been calling him regularly to ask whether they have refunded me but everytime they say yhe same thing that we are doing it. Today when I called him I was really upset and so I threathened him out of desperation that I will complain to the consumer forum. Soon after saying this he started speaking rudely and told me to do what I want and that he will not help me anymore.

    You will be shocked to know that I had purchased my car on May 16th 2017 and its been 1 year and 2 months to be exact but still after so much calling and requesting I have not received my refund.

    Please help me as now I dont have any other option of getting my hard earned money back.
