Gadget Cops and Protection plans from Gadget Cops/IFFCO TOKIO

I'm Hemendra Sharma have purchased a Protection plans from Gadget Cops/IFFCO TOKIO on 31 july 2016. Plan coverage includes theft,accidental damage,non reparable coverage.
Someone stole my mobile from my pocket while I was in market on 11 Nov 2016. I sent all the required documents to Gadget cops. Today 25 Nov 2016, I got reply from Gadget Cops stating that this is case of simple theft and company is not liable. But in the policy its mentioned that "Theft from Violent means" which is actually kind of dacoity not the theft.

I am completely dissatisfied with the decision.
