Complaint for mental harassment and Pathetic service leading to mental harassment by Bajaj Finserv

This is regarding the mental harassment being done by Bajaj Finserv, i bought an AC from Bajaj Finserv in 2014, all the documentation was completed as per to their satisfaction post which the loan got approved and the ac was delivered now, as the ECS was linked to my account i also did not check the deduction of the amount from the account every month as it was a secondary account apart from my salary account, yesterday i received a call from Bajaj that my file was not processed as my CIBIL score was low, What a pathetic thing if my CIBIL score was low why the hell my file was sent for processing, moreover these guys have hampered my CIBIL score aswell making me defaulter in their books and CIBIL records, The call i received yesterday from their exec, now they want me to pay the whole amount toghether in one go, if i had to pay the amount in one go why would i opt for EMI option, further just because they lost my records at their end now they are making n number of excuses to settle the loan by asking the whole amount in one go....and that too after 2 years.........These people are making fun of everything from creating a mess of my CIBIL record and asking for money in one go after 2 years.... can anyone suggest me a good lawyer/ File a suit of harrassment in the court of Law..I will make sure to klodge a FIR against the person if a get a call from Bajaj.My Application number was SF 21386489
