Fraud and Cheating Defective Tata Zest Car from a Tata motors dealer in Kangra HP

My father bought a Tata Zest car last year from a Tata motors dealer in Kangra HP. within few months the engine of the car got seized. i complained and company got the whole engine changed (ignoring my request for replacing the vehicle). after some time the central locking system of the car got corrupted it started going off without any reasons. few days later i was going to the office in the morning and suddenly power window lift motor of the driver side broke i got it repaired from out side as i was getting late for a meeting and didn't had time to visit the tat motors dealer. again after few days the power window lift motor of the back right side broke, this time i went to the Tata motors dealer. i also met the customer support manager (north 1) passenger vehicle Mr. Sanjay Mehta hand informed him about the problems i have been facing but he was of no help and refused my request saying that they do not have any policy against the defected cars. we have been cheated by Tata motors as we have been given a defected car.
