EMI fraud and illegal charges

Even after paying the EMi of the bank, they are still asking for the same . I have received the SMS from the bank ,but the Recovery B-Team is still calling me and asking for payment. No action taken by Zonal head or the Nodal officer . Bank has unnecessary charged lot of bounce charges and one EMI presented multiple times
