Dear All,
As i forgot to carry my mobiles i have asked my wife to courier 2 mobiles ( one nokia and one i phone 5c) from vizag to anantapur.

DTDC asked us to book courier through secure packing and charged Rs340.00

My self went to DTDC Branch office / franchisee to collect my courier.

DTDC branch office confirmed that the package has taken by delivering franchisee and asked me to collect from franchisee office.

I have visited the office and delivery person shown the package. upon inspecting the secure pack, it is found the pack has been tampered. the package was verified by dtdc delivery franchisee and asked me to check for the components. found i phone 5c was stolen from the package. I have refused to collect the courier.

I lodged my compliant on the same day via online and personally with DTDC branch.

I have noticed few points from the DTDC Branch.

The item weight which was booked is Approx 380 gms and it was confirmed till the DTDC Branch-Anantapur. When i visited the DTDC franchisee the weight of consignment was approx 220-240gms.

The Courier slip does not contain the value of items in my copy and courier office at anantapur saying the value of mobiles 1000.00 was mentioned in their copies.

Its already 2 months past since the issue raised with DTDC. No reply from them.

Kindly take up my complaint and resolve the issue.
