Dominos Pizza- Not serving drinking water for Dine In, customers

I went to Dominos pizza brach sector 86, Badha Circle Gurugram, near Reliance Fresh, on 22-april-2022, approx. 09:42 pm , Order ID - DPI64123, Order no. : 126, oder 1 Veg Premium Burger pizza, Bill amount 156.45.
After having Burger in Dominos Pizza, they DENIED TO GIVE DRINKING WATER, After many requests also they didn't provide DRINKING water, and NOT READY TO SHOW HIS FOOD CERTIFICATION which is required to run resturant.
There is a news published in www.LIVEMINT.com media , that - "A Supreme Court ruling makes it mandatory for all eateries to serve its patrons free drinking water". After showing the published article also DOMINOS PIZZA Person NOT ready to serve the DRINKING water.
In the country of River's where giving water to guest is Tradition, after paying money also we are not getting water for drinking, such a shameful culture they are promoting and we are tolerating such a shameful trend.
Please do something on this ....
