I purchased orient electric geyser 10l in nov,20 and it started leaking yellow water in June 21 which damaged all our bathroom and floor .We raised complaint on 15 June to orient electric customer care but till date there is no resolution and they have closed my previous complaint without providing any resolution . Daily I am contacting Ms. Gunjan who was assigned to look into my issue but she is neither replying nor picking up the calls,As per technician,tank of geyser is leaking which was supposed to be changed last week as told by Ms. Gunjan
