Delivered a defective item but not replaced and nor refund

I buy online a 5 ltr pressure steel cooker from jiomart on 6-10-21 cash on delivery for Rs. 2099 but they delivered me a defective product on 8-10-21. I registered a complaint and send email regarding the defective product . I send many times of emails and several times talk on customer care number and tell my problem. But till date my complaint not resolved. Today i.e. on 2-12-21 i received a email from jio mart that my complaint has resolved but this is cheating with me. I am very harassment by mentally and economically. I have been complaining regularly but 55 days has been bassed the delivered item not replaced or nor refund. I claim Rs. 50000 on jiomart for so harassment me by jiomart.
