Consumer complain for poor quality Microsoft phones and services

On 29/06/2015 i bought two Microsoft 532 dual sim phones from an authorized showroom. Before it turns one year both the phones become complaint. when i consult the priority center they ask me bribe of 500 rs for the fast solution. i didn't give that money and i didn't agree with that so that they cease my phone for about one month.
And they send the second phone to some anonymous location. i didn't get that phone till now.the staffs in the customer care harass me mentally and they humiliate me psychologically. the told bad words upon me insulted me in public etc. the ask service fee of 200 rs, i give the money but they don't given the bill and says " its a part of warranty procedure,so we don't give bill and told me to get out the shop"
i am an Indian citizen i too want justice. the microsoft cheats public by selling these poor quality products. they take much more cash for servicing a phone.
