For a data that was not consumed / consumed out of ignorance, I was charged a bill of 168,000 / month on a corporate connection on account of International data roaming, which was deducted from my salary. My contention is that why couldn't airtel have a trigger for cutting off services as soon as the bill exceeds an amount, instead of slapping the whole amount, which will wipe out all savings of employee for years?
