Complaint against netmeds.com. for non delivering of two prepaid orders

I have ordered some medicines from netmeds.com by online.Two separate orders were placed on two different days. Both were prepaid orders. First
prepaid order that was placed on 14 july 2019(ID-1563074484001481M) which was not delivered till today.

Adding to my inconvenience and causing further mishap, another order placed on 20 July 2019 (ID-1563594783001741M was also not delivered by the company.
This proves that the company does not take reasonable care in ensuring delivery. After calling customer care several times,they never gave a satisfactory answer for my queries regarding non delivery and neither were ready to share details of delivery agency. I don't know the reasons as they never give satisfactory answers.

My money is blocked since then and I had to buy the medicines from the market by paying cash again. If the company takes such long time to solve such issues, what is the point in ordering online? Drugs and medicines are products of serious nature and if not received in time, the whole purpose of buying them gets defeated.

I want to lodge complaint against Netmeds Marketplace Limited In the Consumer Support Portal, Department of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Government of India. 15
I demand an immediate refund in addition to adequate compensation for the inconvenience caused, failing which I shall move to the district consumer forum with my case.
