An amount of Rs 5999/ initiated as refund by amazone company regarding an online shopping return, on September 5th 2016 ,to my Federal bank SB account ATM card also they confirmed that the refund process successfully completed from merchant side with reference number but still no amount credited to my account
Regarding I informed federal bank through custmer care and registred one compliant ,also i send mail to their grievence dept and support dest , regarding my issue i recieved one mail from federal bank saying that it will take time , from merchant side they completed their process and bank side they unnecessely holing my amount without proceesing refund
Below mention is the details regrding my refind and i request you to take neccessery action to refund my amount
