i had use credit card for Rs.19913/- in month of march. and i had auto debit facility through my saving bank account in ICICI so the due amount will be directly debited from my account. howere in this month on due date i.e.10.04.2016 they didn't cut amount from my account. And they have started charging me huge late payment charges. Currently I am out of India, so my wife coordinate with ICICI customer care exicutive and they ask her to pay Rs.20850/- and she pay same on 12.04.2016. Then also they have charge me on 13.04.2016 some amount as penalty. It is purely there mistake that they didn't debited my saving account. and still they are asking me to pay more Rs.1800/- aproximate. and the outstanding amount is increasing everyday. Similarly when i ask them to repay my amount they simplly refuse same and ask me to pay late payment charges. And they ask me if i didnt pay same amount then they will mark bad rating in my CBIL account. They are asking me to pay for there mistake. And trying to BLACKMAIL me with their access to such credit rating account. They are realy harassing me and i want justice and compansation in this case.
