COMPLAIN AGAINST EASEMYTRIP.COM NOT REFUNDING THE AMOUNT

This is Flight ticket cancellation and refund issue

I had to reschedule my travel date, hence I spoke to EaseMyTrip for rescheduling. but they told me to speak to Airlines bcoz Airlines may charge less amount..
I did the same , Airlines was cooperative and they deducted 1000rs as cancellation charges and remaining amount they have refunded..
But EaseMyTrip trip is not transferring the refund amount to me..
Hence, I have made a conference call between EaseMyTrip and Vistara Airlines, both entities have spoke and Vistara had clarified that they have charged only 1000rs towards cancellation and rest of amount was refunded to EaseMyTrip..
Even though EaseMyTrip is not ready to refund the amount..
I seek your justice towards this ..
They are truly torturing me and this is not ethical..
Refund amount is around 2000rs..
