Shriram insurance company complain Not return my money

Sir on 30Dec18 sri ram company personnel call me and say that my three year child selected in a colour competition and they are organised a gift and card for child. when we go there one of them describe me plan and I didn't like the plan but with show me many benefit which is not actually posible and take sweep of 5000/- and after 1 hour my wife and me dicided that I am not ready for this policy.and dicided to take my money back but shriram personnel denied to give back my money please help
