i purchased DUCANS Double Diamond tea from near by general store which name is "SANJAY PROVISION STORE".
this tea packet is not good the taste is very bad may be its duplicate or something wrong with this packet we always drink this tea but this packet is not good we can't drink at all.
and i ask to shop to change or replace this packet then he tell straight no he can't and go and talk to company if no body listen us then where we go. company toll free also not work.
this is not about money its cheap product but its really not good if they shop sell bad product then must listen and replace it anyways.
please help
