This company has taken INR 63000from me to provide housing loan,Ms Divvya approach me to get loan,3000 thousands for file opening charges 60000 for rtgs,4% of loan amount for security purposes,wn they provided offer latter it's clearly showing if any reason loan not prossecing they will return the totall amount,I was some doubt from them b coz they are company repotation was down thatswhy I decided to cancel my loan ,but they have given so many excuses,after that I have pressureiesd them to return the amount they have return some of 30000 and says as per there company policy they will return remain amount after 90days ,but they didn't return,I have called them a hundred times in a day but they don't pick my calls n emails,they promised me (fake)so many times,even providet fake Chaque by Coreer AWB no also,after that I have submitted a consumer complaint,now they are saying if u can't withdraw ur complaint we will not return ur amount,it's almost 9,10 months ,I have submitted complaint so many times but updates, pls help to get back my money.
