I had booked a bus ticket from delhi to jaipur for 7th dec vide PNR no: 152356744-3008226 using red bus services online. The bus got cancelled but I didn't get any information either from operator or from red bus. Moreover bus operator people abused me badly over phone.
When I approached red bus to lodge complaint, their executive didn't handle the matter properly.
Due to this I am feeling so much harassed.
