Need Battery replacement, Eastman Auto and Power Limited (EAPL), ADDO tall tubular battery

I heard about ADDO that, ADDO is a famous brand which offers a superior quality range of tubular batteries. Eastman Auto and Power Limited (EAPL) is subsidiary of Eastman Group that offers ADDO Batteries so I Purchased ADDO tall tubular battery Sr. No.: CV03566944 on 15 July 2015 with 36+12 month warranty(means in 36 month completed replacement and in next 12 month some % amount).

Recently I was facing a issue that battery creating some problem and not giving proper backup so I contacted dealer to change the battery on 4 May 2018 as battery was in warranty period(Under 36 month) then dealer accepted the better and kept till one month as dealer not provided guarantee card while purchasing.

After following up multiple times with the dealer he gave me battery again and told me that you need to contact with company now and if they(The person who can to check battery) asked about guarantee card then ask him to contact me, same did but that person rejected the battery because of guarantee card .

Now my question is that if battery have serial number then why we need to kept the guarantee card, I have valid bill as well, yes it is my fault that i didn't ask for guarantee card while purchasing the battery, But now company need to change the battery as they have data about battery when this serial number out from company.

Now i want to replace my battery any how, Please let me know what i need to do else I am going to consumer court against the dealer as well as company that both have data but not providing me replacement. I have valid bill as well.(Attached with this email)

    160Ah battery not working. But where I purchased dealer not responding against problem.
