Sir, i m vijay.. Sir about 1 months ago muje ak call aaya part time job k regarding.. To mene uske liye han kr di..uske bad muje pta chla ki ye sb fraud he to mene kam krne se mna kr diya tha usi din.. Bt aaj date 19 april 2018 ko mere pas mail aata he ki apko penalty deni ldegi bcz menw unka kam ni kiya..or wo ab mere against legal action lene ka bol rhe he.. Sir.. Plzzz help me.. I am a student. Nd m not able to pay this panlty

    I have the same problem.
    They called me and side that we have a part time job home based work.
    And they side if the work is not complete you have pay penalty 4100rs.after that they ask me aadhar card and call that you have digital signature in agreement.in that agreement it mentioned 5100rs of penalty.
    I contacted then .they pay the penalty.
    I ignored it after some time they email penalty of 9600rs.once gain they 15637rs as penalty after 2months.if not paid come surat Court which in Gujarat.
    But, they not mentioned there fully address.and not I find then in google maps.and not in ministry of corporate affair (MCA).when I ask for there CIN no they not told.please help me.like me there so many students and house wife are there suffering same way.we have separate whatup group also.please help as
