Hello im vipul from jaipur..मैंने paytm online से philips hair dryer order किया था।लेकिन जब मेरे पास वो delivery boy आया तब मैंने packet खोल कर देखा तो उसमें hair dryer नहीं था।उसकी जगह उसमें ladies senitary paid का packet था।
फिर जब मैंने वापस paytm को complaint करी तो उन्होंने बोला return kr देंगे।पर मैंने नहीं दिया इसकी complaint मैंने national consumer help line में भी कर दी थी।लेकिन वहाँ से अभी तक कोई जवाब नहीं आया।जिसका complaint number 428248 है।तो मुझे जल्दी से जल्दी इसका हर्ज़ाना दिलाने की कृपा करे।

Sir I've ordered a cycle from an Instagram page. They took advance payment for the product but didn't deliver the product.
