Agency black cyllinders of consumers refiled bookings not deliverd to consumers. I was book my refill as dated on 23 June 2021 but cyllinder of refilled gas not deliverd to my address than I check my status of delivery online HPCL website and seen delivery was completed as date 25 June 2021 but I don't have received any refiled cyllinder. Agency was black my cyllinder to another person.
