I purchased a CDMA Mobile phone (HTC)on 2/2/16 .vide order Number 82885239, and I found that the quality of the mobile is not so good and it was gone bad after a few day. I talked to the customer service centre of the company they said that sent it back and did soo. The courier picked up my item on 6/3/16 vide return id 2582102. the item is received my the company hub but issue is still there i made so many mails only the response is that it will be resolved with in 5 to 6 working days. So please help to return my money or end the issue with replacement
