Against Rise Group "Organic Ghar" for rising the cost of the flat after booking

This is regarding the hike in the cost of the flat after having the booking done by Rise Group. I have booked a flat of 3 BHK flat of Rs. 31,00,000 INR with subvention plan which will hike the cost by 300 to 400 sq. ft. not more than that which makes the total amount of INR. 36,00,000 max, as per the wording by the executive from Rise Group. But after 3 month, they have increased the flat amount by 2,75,000 INR. After having the discussion with them they denied. Now, they are asking to cancel the booking, if I am not able to purchase the flat. Please help me on this. I have also the proof of the amount fixed by Rise Group in email.
