Wrong Charging of GST and higher charges of mineral water than mrp

I went for lunch at 24k Kraft brewz at balewadi high street pune and after I was charged 10% service charge on the food bill, Thẹ gst was charged on the overall amount which included Service charge also which means I paid gst on service charge as well.
Also I was charged 90 rupees for Vedica mineral water which has Mrp of 60 rupees printed on it.
