Dear Sir,

We have booked 2 Flats in Xrbia Neral project on 9th July, 2017 in the Name of Mrs. Janet Quadras (flat No. A9-807) and in the name of Quadras Nicholas Ignatius (Flat No. A9-808) and paid booking amount of Rs. 15,000 each (Rs.30,000.00)

In the month of September 2017 we paid 30,000.00 x 2 = Rs.60,000.00 as partial payment

Then we lost interest in the project.

We want the refund of our money paid
