Overcharging milk price

2 Shopkeepers in my area they are selling gokul buffalo milk for Rs.74 which has MRP 72 everyday we buy 2 litre and they charge 4 RS extra this is hapoing since 2 years and i just want from now onwards they are not charging extra amount. And i am not claiming any amount becoz i don't know the exact amount because we take milk from 2 shopkeeper morning and evening.
