i want to lodge a complaint against a lady named juhi..she owned a shop near ITM college dehradun opposite doon school chakrata road.. the name of her shop is Aziz by juhi., , i have ordered a dress costing rs 12000 on 8-12-2017, , she asked me to pay the full amount as according to her material is costly.. after we paid the full amount she asked us to come on 26-12-2017 to check the material and after another 5 days we will get our dress.. on 26 we visited her shop that day she said that i have already send your dress for stitching and u'll get it fully ready by 5-1-2018 that also without my measurement..on 5th she was not in the shop and said that her mother is in ICU and she will give our dress on coming monday that is 8th... we have visited her shop numerous time after that but the same old response after 2 days...from 15th her shop is closed and she is saying she is in hospital and she will get my dress delivered to my home by evening, , but her evening has not came yet, , on the other hand we can clearly she from her facebook a/c she is partying around with her friends..she even blocked our numbers and not replying to our messages..i want help... i want my money back +my dress + compensation
