I am writing to express my concerns about the quality of honey that was shipped to me recently. As a loyal customer of your brand, I was disappointed to find that the honey was of bad quality and did not meet my expectations.

On receiving the shipment, I noticed that the honey had a strange odor and was overly thick and sticky. Upon tasting it, I found that the flavor was not up to the usual standard and had a bitter aftertaste.
