I had placed a prepaid order from "sss" in the month of april 2019, i got the shipment in june however due to size issue i had to return and ask for exchange.
It has been 2 full months but till now there is no update from their side and neither has my order been delivered !!! There is no customer support helpline number to call and check, the only way to communicate is through tickets on their website. But the extremely useless and robotic agents keep saying due to high demand my order has been delayed. Please tell me am i supposed to wear these sandals in winter?!?!??!
such horrible services and delivery timelines in today's day and age where other e-com websites are dispatching orders within 24 hours.
