Dear sir or madam I have purchased a new water purifier brand name is Aqua grand from snapdeal.com. but the water purifier was not working properly. After that I'm raised a complaint from Snapdeal but he didn't have any action or answering by him. Now I feeling very bad and I m in tensalize. Please help me
