Respected Sir,
It was on 19th Jan I ordered a dress for my daughter from Akilah store Shahpur Jat Delhi for which I made an advance payment of INR 5000. Within 25 mins I came back and requested to cancel my order Ms. Sangeeta was at the store that time and she confirmed that the amount will be refunded in a weeks time. I made a follow-up call on 24th Jan to check the status of my refund to which Ms. Sangeeta replied she will check with the owner (Mr.Vansh) and she will get back to me. After that, they stopped answering my calls and I decided to visit them on 2 Feb, I went to the store when I finally met the owner Mr.Vansh. After requesting and pleading he still refused to refund my amount. He said that he will send me a credit note its been 10 days since then he has not even send me that. In between this duration, I made two calls and as usual, Ms. Sangeeta said she will get back. I am requesting to get the refund of INR 5000.
