i purchase a jacket on 28 dec 2018 , but later on i found that this jacket is not up to the mark during winter and also having quality issue,and on 4-jan -2019 i went at khandsa road vishal mega mart to return that jacket , but your executive, store manager and customer care executive deny to use exchange or return , so that means the 15 days exchange or return policy is fake and its a fraud with customer,

Any one who can help or able to take action can revert ,if not please do not call,
