Dear Sir/Madam,
Subject:- Refund not credited in my account from 19th June 2019 to
18th July 2019.
Reference to order number OD115762648663987000. I order Vivo V11 Pro mobile with mobile Exchange offer, the person who came to pick up my old mobile refuse to take my old mobile and order got cancelled.
Then I started follow-up with Flipkart for refund from order cancellation date 19th June 2019 and Even mailed to Flipkart many times then Flipkart promise to initiate my refund on last date 27 June 2019. After 27 June 2019 when I contact to customer care then every time Customer executive demand 24-28 hours for clear this issue. Every time they given me a new date ……Every time promise that“Apka Paisa apko Mil Jayega Don’t Worry”…….
From 27 June 2019 to today is 18th July 2019 but issue has not been resolved by Flipkart team.
I am fed-up with flipkart services and really mentally disturbed that when I will get my refund Amount of Rs. 16,040/-
I am requesting to you, please help me and ask to Flipkart to refund my money immediately otherwise.
