Rs.1100 not getting back after several complaints to freecharge.in website

for ₹1100.

After several complaints neither I got my recharge amount on my card nor refund of Rs. 1100/- only getting mental harassment from freecharge.in company. My Complaint Id registered with company through my e mail communication is 399461,3994630,4027124,4029980 and 4030000.
