Regarding my data lost by vivo company

Sir i am using a cellphone brand VIVO V17.
In this mobile There is a feature regarding password that if we are using face lock or fingerprint we have to use our password in every 72 hours. Last time when i enter my password, it didn't work and my mobile got permanent lock because of any technical problem. Due to this my person data has been lock. I visited Vivo Service Center Ballabgarh(faridabad), service advisor told that we cannot safe your data. My mobile data is very important to me.
I have GST invoice of my mobile (attached), also have another bill of display replacement by Vivo Service Center.
I want to get my data back that is lock in my mobile .So You are requested please register my case.
