Complaint against Reliance digital for not issuing money refund

I had book a mobile on Reliance digital website on dated 12-June 2021. Mobile cost was Rs. 17999/-. I had done online payment at the time of purchase through debit card. But after 5-6 days, company had canceled my order due to non availability of mobile and they assured me that full payment will be refunded within 7 working days but till today I have not received my payment back into my bank account. I have received following mail reply from the company:

Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay and inconvenience caused.



We regret to inform you the order was cancelled, Rest assure post cancellation the refund for the order will be reflected within 7-10 days in the same mode of payment.



We appreciate your time and patience. Thanking and assuring you for best services always.
