Fake Guarantee on water tank

I have bought a water tank of 1000 litres on 16 June 2017 and a guarantee of 10 years given by the Keshav Hardware store Rohtak road sonipat but now the water tank is damaged within guarantee period. When I contact to Keshav Hardware store he refused to change this water tank. So please help me to get a exchange of this water tank.
