I ordered the coronil Kit on 28th Aug2020 (Order ID -166476), But after continuous follow up product not delivered, after having word with your customer care team they informed that product cant delivered so they suggested me to cancel the order. I did the same and cancelled the order.
But refund awaited not received yet.
Order done via app named "0rder Me - Local for vocal"
Complaint done on customer care, on mail, on chat support , on whats app, on twitter but no response, no Revert on chat, whatsapp, twitter and mail, even customer care service is worst called many times but not connected.
When complaint on patanjali they said contacted to order me customer care. When contacted on order me getting no response. Also in their terms and conditions they mentioned any dispute related issue mailed to dispute@orderme.co.in but when i mailed i received mail that this mail not exist. Total fraud is doing by patanjali.
I want my money back, and also requested you to look into this as patanjali selling their product but not given the services to customers.
