Quality issue of the 4 OEM tyres...they have become brittle and hard

I went to MRF Fasst service center Ahmedabad with a note from Tata service center saying quality issue of the 4 OEM tyres...they have become brittle and hard...Mr Ankur for the center said that they will not do anything since it dosnt come under warranty despite understanding and admitting the visible defects on all the 4 tyres...
