Gujarat Gas Company Not Giving Gas Pipeline without taking bribes, they harrass customers and won't

We have applied for a connection at gujarat gas company after our house reonvation, but they are not giving us the connection. The application was made about 4 months back and still no response despite there is a limit of 90 days mentioned in their slips.
The behaviour is utterly for the purpose of taking bribes from the distressed cusomters. They are waiting for customers to be tired of going rounds on their office and voice call.
