Broadband Plan Termination

I have broadband connection from GTPL. I have 9 months plan for internet that is ongoing. I shifted my house recently and I asked for connection shifting on 8th October. Since 10 days, they are not coming and I am calling them every 2-3 days for reminder. I asked them that if they can't shift it then cancel my plan and refund my money for remaining days (218 days since the complaint). They are also not giving me a deadline now. Previously they said it will be done in 7 working days, which are over but now all they are saying that it will be done soon but no progress yet. I am only asking to refund for my remaining days for that also they are saying NO, which is gross violation of the trust and services they promised. Please do something.
