Respected Sir, With reference to my above mentioned Nature of Grievance this is to inform you that in spite of my several emails and follow ups with Service Head Mr. SAHID of DOLPHIN REFRIGERATION, Baroda Office / Mr. Deepesh Seth of AHMEDABAD & Customer Care of Whirlpool Vide on there CELL No. & Email ids i.e Cell No. of Mr. Sahid 7600077912 & and email ids:- deepesh_seth_sos@whirlpool.com / helpdeskindia@whirlpool.com / servicehead_india@whirlpool.com etc. regarding my AMC Refund for not getting part replaced in my Whirlpool Washing Machine paid vide, WHIRLPOOL HOME CARE PROMISE PLAN APPLICATION FORM CUM RECEIPT NO. 210032 ON DT. 20-09-2021. And since from last 1 month in spite of my several follow ups all are giving different excuses regarding my refund.
