Refund not received from Amazon. They not provided any proof of refund

I have order from Amazon on 25th sept 2022
Order number # - 405-8951211-4049917
Order # - 405-7834297-9314733

Above two items products i were returned and they didn't gave refund for the above products which totally amounted = Rs 1428.
Regarding which I have talked to Amazon customer care department since 12th of October they keep asking me to wait for 24hours and then 48 and now for 3-50 working days and it now 6 days, i was waiting for proof of refund. I asked for UTR number but they call it as reference number but they didn't send any mail mentioning regarding refund / reference code

I need to asked to my bank if they have made the payment so I can find it from that code only. Still for such number information only they are still made me waiting since last one week and again today ask me to wait for 3-5 days

Gave any proof if they did the refund of products. Asked they to gave official mail regarding reference proof.
